About Me

 

 

Drawing on my training in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), a First Class Honours Degree in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling, an MSc in Psychology and Trauma, and Non-Violent Resistance (NVR), I offer therapeutic support focused on understanding and facilitating behavioural change.  My approach is flexible and integrated, recognising the significant impact of thoughts and feelings on actions. I utilise a range of specialised interventions tailored to individual needs, informed by my 30+ years in the helping profession and evidenced by achievements such as contributing to national news, authoring a book chapter, and developing innovative self-management programs within the NH. My passion is making a real difference, and I provide adaptable therapeutic support in various environments, working closely with parents, carers, or placements.
